Chef Jeff Lucas
Chef Jeffrey Lucas creates food with passion, born out of a love for spicy food. He grew up in a home focused on healthy eating, however without much culinary finesse. No garlic, no onions and little salt inspired him to seek out an unknown food world. Though not classically trained in a culinary school, Jeff sought out insight from seasoned chefs and any, and all cooking textbooks available. He has spent twenty two years in corporate kitchens, while seeking out high end cooking techniques, and ingredients in his free time. After years of hard work, his dedication paid off with executive chef positions at P.F Chang’s, and Ruth’s Chris, followed by high end catering experience. Cooking is his way of life, and a way to release everyday stress. After a 12 hour shift, you can find Jeff in his kitchen, honing his love for further culinary knowledge.
